Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to book and hold your session or event date with Designerish Media. This fee covers the preparatory work and the reservation of your date and is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Payments
All session and package payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Outstanding balances may be due on or before the session date.
Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session or event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded within 7–14 business days. The retainer is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at the discretion of Designerish Media.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled session: No refunds will be issued. At our discretion, a partial credit toward future services may be offered.
Cancellation by Designerish Media
If Designerish Media must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as illness or emergency), the client will receive a full refund of all payments, including the retainer. Alternatively, we will offer to reschedule at no extra charge whenever possible.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to Maharshi Ramarao at DesignerishMedia@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Digital and Delivered Products
Retainer fees are non-refundable. Payments for sessions or products that have already been delivered (such as digital files or prints) are not eligible for refunds except in the case of technical errors or delivery issues attributable to Designerish Media.
Exceptions
Special circumstances or emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We value client relationships and will work to resolve issues fairly.
